presence committed to helping women recover from breast cancer surgery
and treatment with DIGNITY. Through the efforts of the organization,
underserved women receive access to products and services that will help
them THRIVE.

Qualifications
Applicants interested in Lisa’s Pink Petals of Hope programs must qualify under the gross monthly income guideline or meet the stated eligibility requirements. Applicants can submitted through our online portal or apply in person if reside near our main office.
If you have had surgery to treat breast cancer you may qualify. Eligibility is based on your financial situation and your diagnosis. You may be eligible if you can answer yes to ALL of the following questions:
- I have a gross monthly income below 200% of the federal poverty level (see table).
- I have a doctor order or referral for breast prosthesis.
- I have had surgery to treat breast cancer
